Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Our lodge will accepting nominations for representatives during the June 2, 2015 General Meeting held in Edmonton. Two (2) representatives are required. One (1) from Customer Service, one (1) Technical Operations.
Nominations may be made in person at the meeting or in writing by completing the attached form (NEGOTIATIONS NOMINATION TMOS 2015). Any member nominated must be qualified in accordance with the LL1681 Bylaws Article 6 Section 6. Written nominations will be accepted up to June 1, 2015. Elections will be held on September 1, 2015 if required.
