In compliance with LL1681 Bylaws, a proper motion was made and seconded to spend up to five thousand dollars ($5 000.00) at the general meeting held in YYC on March 7th, 2023.
The motion reads as follows:
“A motion to spend up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3 000.00) in YYC and not more than two thousand dollars ($2 000.00) in YEG to host solidarity social events during the summer.”
This ‘Notice of Motion’ shall be posted in the workplace and on the website for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the April 4th, 2023 general meeting in YEG, as per Article 5, Section 3 of the local bylaws.
