During the general meeting on March 7th, 2023, the Trial Committee will present a report on their investigation into an Article L Charge that was filed by one member of LL1681 against another. Following the report, a motion will be made on the floor to either accept or reject the Trial Committee’s recommendation on whether the charge warrants a trial.
The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Only members in good standing attending the meeting are eligible to vote. The meeting is to be held in Calgary on March 7th, 2023, beginning at 1800hrs at the Royal Canadian Legion Chapelhow Branch #284. Anyone requiring more information should speak to a member of the Executive.
