At the February 7th general meeting, the following motion, which was made, seconded, and unanimously carried in Calgary, will be read out and voted on by the membership in Edmonton:
‘Motion to suspend the regularly scheduled July and August general meetings in both YYC and YEG, due to historic low attendance numbers at meetings held in the summer’
A majority affirmative vote by those present and voting, after tallying the votes at both bases, is needed for adoption.
